    According to Frank Isola of the New York Daily News,Tyson Chandler will most likely sit out tonight. The Knicks are expected to go with a smaller lineup placing Amar’e Stoudemire at Center. Jared Jeffries will also remain out. Expect Jerome Jordan to get some quality minutes tonight and possibly a breakout game, one the Knicks could definitely use it.

    Luol Deng shot 1-9 tonight for 5 points in the loss to the Orlando Magic and admitted after the game that his torn ligament wrist has become more bothersome and the pain level is very high.  He added that he may need a couple games to rest – he injured the wrist 1/21, sat out 7 games, returned 2/4 and has played ever since.  He went against doctors advice to get surgery and said as long as the pain was manageable he’d be alright. Deng said tonight that he has to “control” that pain again as it’s been bothering him more than usual the past couple of games – remember he fell on it in the Indiana game Monday.  The Bulls will need Deng on the floor to get over the hump this upcoming post-season, so the time for rest is definitely now.

  • Rose “Sick & Tired” of Trade Rumors
