New York Knicks:

• Amar’e Stoudemire, Baron Davis & Danny Granger are set to appear in Mindy Kaling’s new Fox comedy “The Mindy Project.” In the episode, Kaling’s character, a gynecologist, goes to a nightclub with her co-workers where she winds up hanging out in the VIP section with the three NBA players. The premiere of the show is set for the 25th of September, however the NBA stars will not appear until the fourth episode- keep an eye out! 
• Kurt Thomas recently spoke with newly acquired point guard, Raymond Felton, who will return with the Knicks for his second stint. Thomas believes Felton is motivated telling ESPN New York, “He’s definitely motivated, he’s definitely excited, and he definitely wants to come back to New York.”
• For the first time since training with Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston, Amar’e Stoudemire opened up to My Fox Houston regarding his experience. He sounded motivated and inspired noting, “That’s the route I hope to take with my career, is to eventually get to the Hall of Fame and win multiple championships,” when talking about Olajuwon’s historic career. 
• Carmelo Anthony tore it up in New York City last night, continuing his Olympic gold celebration. He was first spotted at Avenue with LeBron James & Kevin Durant (PHOTOS), and later seen at Tenjune with Kevin Durant (PHOTOS).
