According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Jeremy Lin has agreed to terms on a deal with the Houston Rockets. After taking some time to “discuss the parameters” and “structure” of the proposed offer sheet, Lin has verbally agreed to a 4YR/$30M contract which will pay him $5M in year one, $5.2 in year two, and $9M in years three and four. The offer sheet is a 3-year deal with a team option in the fourth, and is expected to backload money in the deal. The Knicks, who are expected to match the offer, will have 3 days to do so when Lin signs on or after July 11th.
